Heart Failure Support Group

Description:

This group is designed to provide support for patients with heart failure. Each meeting will have various educational presentations on heart failure followed by a 45-minute open discussion.

The second Wed. of every month from 6 p.m.-7:30 p.m.; Foster G. McGaw Hospital cafeteria (room 1369).
