Eligibility

Diagnosis: Patients of either gender with regimen for hematopoietic and immunologic reconstitution in patients with disorders affecting the hematopoietic system that are inherited, acquired, or result from myeloablative treatment. CBU: HPC-Cord Blood product manufactured by the NCBP (at least one, if the graft contains more than one unit).

Purpose

The primary aim of this study is to learn about the safety of administration of the Cryopreserved Cord Blood Units in patients who will undergo unrelated hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
