No appointment needed for Immediate Care at River Forest
Editor's note: On May 1, Gottlieb Immediate Care Center at River Forest was renamed Loyola Center for Health at River Forest.
It never fails that illness strikes just after your doctor's office closes. You could spend time debating about a trip to the emergency room. Or, you could visit Gottlieb Center for Immediate Care at River Forest.
Located within the Gottlieb Center for Immediate Care at River Forest, the immediate care center offers reduced costs and a quicker response time compared to an emergency room visit. Additionally, Loyola's immediate care center also offers services not available in many primary care physicians' offices, such as radiology facilities for the diagnosis of minor fractures, and minor procedure rooms for the treatment of lacerations and cuts.
Loyola's Immediate Care Center offers after-hours walk-in care for health problems such as colds, flu, allergies, mild to moderate asthma, fever, sprains, fractures, minor burns and lacerations. If you don't have a primary care physician for follow-up treatment, you will be able to get a referral to one at Loyola.
