Hospital Customer Service
Hospital Customer Service provided by Loyola representatives stationed at information desks and waiting areas in the hospital Tower our campus who act as a resource for answers, information and action. They stand ready to assist and are dedicated to the well-being of each patient and visitor to Loyola.
Located in the Loyola Hospital Tower main entrance, our valet parking service greets patients and visitors as you drive up to the entrance for your appointment or visit.
Valet services are available:
Monday - Friday 5:30 a.m. - 8:15 p.m.
Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Sunday and holidays - closed
Concierge service is often the first point of contact for our patients and visitors who come to Loyola. They help determine your needs and either direct you or escort you as your situation may require. We offer wheelchair escorts if needed.
For visitors we provide directions to patient rooms and all points on campus, provide general information about our surrounding community including hotel, restaurant and attraction information and assist with any need you may have while visiting.
Customer Service Representatives
Loyola Customer Service Representatives are stationed at the main information desk, and in the surgical and heart and vascular waiting rooms, ready to assist patients’ families and friends with surgery and procedure updates while soothing anxieties and providing comfort to those who are worried about loved ones.
Customer Service Representatives are on duty 7 days a week, Monday - Friday from 5 a.m. until 9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. until 9 p.m.in the main lobby. Representatives also are available in the Heart and Vascular Center waiting room Monday - Friday, 6 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., and in the Surgical Waiting Room from 6 a.m. - 9 p.m.
