The provider was very nice, explained everything thoroughly, address our concerns and most importantly made our son feel comfortable.

From my experience it seems the provider needs to more experience with engaging kids and provide more general information to parents on the childs growing stages.

I felt rushed and also for example If my appointment is at 1pm I been see at 1:20 or 1:30 I leave work and home early so I can make it at my appointment on time and I always end up waiting for a long period
