Dr. Malik explain certain test that she was going to perform and may also change medication to be more effective.

Dr. Malik addressed all my medical concerns.

This doctor can probably learn to start from the assumption that patients care about and perhaps even know something about their own bodies and health conditions. I am willing to accept that my situation was an outlier and that this physician in fact does have interpersonal skills. But if she does not, it would be worth her while to learn them.

Would not return to this doctor. Did not listen to concerns, is pushing for a pump I do not want, recommended ozempic for my gram who is not out of control with her diabetes, endless amount of obstacles from this visit

Would not recommend

Again Malik was dismissive to my medical concerns and did not sound knowledgeable. I repeatedly repeated myself and she did not ask any questions about my concerns. Did not explain what I asked her until I confronted her of being dismissive towards me.

I felt like the provider rushed through the visit. I had to ask her for the urine specimen container for the test she requested. If I had left I wpuld have had to come back for the supplies needed to complete the test.

Dr. Malik is clearly an expert.

12/28/2023

she had no clue about my history of meds and responses to them; we did not discuss diet ,excercsie or other treatment optiosn and she certainly did not engage me in shared decsion making

I am very much interested in finding someone else to take care of my needs

She was nice and seemed knowledgable but the 5 min. that was spent with me is going to be an expensive bill.
