Great listener and explains everything thoroughly

Dr. Bateman was concerned with my stress test and sent me for further testing which most likely add some years to my life. I thought the burning sensation was all caused by acid reflux that I was diagnosed with back in 2020 during an emergency visit to Hinsdale, they concluded my heart was fine and prescribed 80MG of Omerprazile.

He was friendly and encouraged a relaxed environment

Certainly not warm and welcoming as my previous cardiologist who was always interested in my health. Perhaps the new cardiologist is learning how to deal with a her new patients.

Reassuring and comforting

Not only did I really like her, she sent me a personal message on MyLoyola telling me test results. I couldn't be happier with the service that was provided by all members that cared for me.

The only downside is filling out surveys, especially when the questions are asked in a pale grey instead of bold black print.
