Post-menopausal women with the following criteria may be eligible: Participants must be women with a previous diagnosis of invasive breast cancer or colorectal cancer, Stage I, II, or III, with no evidence of metastatic disease (M0). Participants must have no evidence of disease at the time of registration and no history of metastases. Participants must be 90 days to 730 days post-surgery, chemotherapy and radiation therapy. Current hormonal therapy is allowed among breast cancer participants. Other concurrent anti-cancer therapies, including trastuzumab, are not allowed. The purpose of this study is to see if we can get 25 female breast-cancer survivors and 25 female colorectal-cancer survivors who are overweight and not exercising to take part in a weight-loss program. This weight-loss program includes diet, exercise and phone counseling for 12 months. The study will see if women can lose at least 10 percent of their body weight after participating in the study for 12 months.
