DeRondal Bevly is the founder and managing director of RubyRose Strategies, LLC, a strategic communications boutique firm that specializes in creating platforms for managing, marketing and distributing brand content. He advises clients on developing strategic messaging and collaborative communications that drive initiatives for their engagements.

He has nearly two decades of combined professional and philanthropic experience and is deeply passionate about developing and leveraging relationships within Chicago's non-profit and philanthropic community.

He is a Chicagoland native, earned his bachelor’s of business administration in economics at Western Michigan University and currently resides in Forest Park, Illinois.

Marion Fulce is the district manager for Teachers Credit Union, the largest credit union in the state of Indiana with responsibility for the branches in Northern Indiana and Southwest Michigan. Marion has been in financial services since graduating from Ball State University with a bachelor of science degree in business education. Later she received her MBA from Indiana University. She in actively involved in the community serving on several boards including the Community Foundation of St. Joseph County where she is incoming board chair and Oaklawn which provides mental health and addiction services.

Marion resides in South Bend, Indiana.

Chris M. Gonzalez, MD, MBA, FACS, is chairperson of urology at Loyola Medicine and the Albert J. Jr. and Claire Speh Professor and chair of urology for the Loyola University Medical Center and Stritch School of Medicine. He obtained his medical degree from the University of Iowa College of Medicine in Iowa City and completed his general surgical and urologic residency training at the McGaw Medical Center, Northwestern University in Chicago, IL. He earned a master’s in business administration from the Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Dr. Gonzalez has published over 150 peer reveiwed manuscripts, review articles, invited editorials and book chapters. He has had funded research with an NIH pilot project in the area of prostate cancer screening in underserved populations, and received an ambulatory care process improvement award from the Grant Healthcare Foundation. His areas of clinical specialty include urethral stricture disease, salvage of failed hypospadias surgery, genitourinary fistula disease, erectile dysfunction, penile prosthetic placement, Peyronie’s disease and penile curvature correction.

Jim Haist is a marketing services consultant, providing counsel and services to a range of clients including companies, publishers, ad and PR agencies and associations.

Formerly senior vice president of an advertising agency in Chicago’s western suburbs, Mr. Haist served in both client leadership roles and operational roles for the agency throughout his tenure. He has led agency account teams for companies including Case IH, Caterpillar, Terex and more. Mr. Haist's agency experience includes serving as the agency’s lead with two international agency networks, offering the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of many foreign cultures and business practices. He currently serves on several non-profit and charitable organizations.

Mr. Haist is a graduate of Purdue University with a bachelor’s degree in agriculture. He resides in Culver, Indiana.

Tammy Lundstrom, senior vice president and chief medical officer, is responsible for leading and aligning more than 33,000 employed and affiliated physicians through her work with ministry CMOs across Trinity Health. Lundstrom has an extensive background in the fields of infection control, hospital epidemiology, quality and patient safety.

Lundstrom has served as an associate professor of infectious diseases at Wayne State University School of Medicine and an adjunct professor at Wayne State University School of Law. She has served on multiple state and national committees relating to infection control and quality, as well as the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services-CDC’s Healthcare Infection Control Practices Advisory Committee (HICPAC).

Lundstrom received her medical degree from the University of Minnesota and completed her residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in infectious disease at Wayne State University School of Medicine, Detroit Medical Center. She is currently board certified in infectious diseases. Lundstrom also holds a law degree from Wayne State University.

Dr. Sam Marzo completed a BS in biochemistry at the University of Illinois in 1987, then attended Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine from 1987 until 1991. He then completed a five-year residency in otolaryngology – head and neck surgery at Loyola Medicine from 1991 until 1996. He next completed a one-year neurotology fellowship at The Otology Group/Vanderbilt University in 1997.

Dr. Aaron Michelfelder serves as Loyola’s chair of family medicine, co-director for Loyola’s Institute for Transformative Interprofessional Education, and is a professor of family medicine, bioethics & health policy, and medical education. His clinical practice includes general family medicine along with integrative medicine. His research interests are in practice transformation and the process of traveling from interprofessional education to collaborative practice. He is also interested in global health and has participated in 18 international trips to 9 countries.

Arthur Zayas Miller is president and ceo of MZI Group, Inc., which he founded in 1999. Mr. Miller served in the United States Army and is actively involved with U.S. Army veteran organizations such as Helmet to Hardhats and the Wounded Warrior Project.

He is a board member of the National Latino Education Institute, as well as a member of Chicago United, Hispanic American Construction Industry Association, Illinois Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and National Association of Veteran Owned Businesses. Mr. Miller is involved in many philanthropic endeavors, including Prader Willi Foundation, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and Juvenile Diabetes Foundation.

Lou Pierce is the founder and president of Big Idea, LLC, a media consulting and public relations firm based in Mishawaka, Indiana. He is a former broadcast executive with expertise in reputation management, brand-building, public relations and advertising.

Pierce has received more than 500 professional awards, including 19 Emmy nominations, six Emmy Awards, International Monitor Awards, ADDYs, Tellys, national Gabriel Awards and recognition by New York Film Festivals, the Associated Press, the NBC television network and the Indiana Broadcasters Association. He earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Notre Dame and serves on several not-for-profit boards, committees and foundations including Notre Dame Federal Credit Union and the Center for History in Northern Indiana.

Smita Shah founded SPAAN Tech, Inc. and is President and CEO of this engineering and construction management firm. The company focuses on public and private infrastructure projects for the transportation, aviation, and facilities sectors, serving clients such as the CTA, Commonwealth Edison, and O'Hare Airport.

Smita attended the University of Chicago Laboratory School ("Lab"), received her Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University, a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from M.I.T. (where she wrote her thesis on the state of US infrastructure), and a Certificate in Management Studies from Oxford University (where she completed her thesis on the culture and leadership of public private partnerships).

In December of 2022, Smita was appointed by President Biden to the President’s Commission on Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians and Pacific Islanders.

Shawn P. Vincent is president and chief executive officer of Loyola Medicine, president and chief executive officer of St. Joseph Health System, and president of the Trinity Health Illinois/Indiana Region. Mr. Vincent joined Loyola from Augusta University Health, where he served as chief operating officer. Previously, as vice president for partnerships and international healthcare and strategic affiliations at Augusta University Health, he was responsible for the development of relationships and programs, including hospitals, physicians, clinics, foundations, community leaders, research endeavors, international entities, philanthropic opportunities and branch campus opportunities. Prior to Augusta University Health, he held leadership positions with Hospital Corporation of America, Phymatrix Corporation and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.

Shawn served in the United States Marine Corps and holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Georgia. He also earned a bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, from Appalachian State University in Boone, N.C. He is an executive fellow of the Advisory Board Company on Healthcare in Washington, D.C. and serves on the Illinois Health & Hospital Association's (IHA) Board of Trustees.

Eva M. Wojcik, MD, is regional laboratory medical director and chair of pathology and laboratory medicine at Loyola Medicine, and endowed professor of pathology and urology at Loyola University Chicago. As regional laboratory medical director, Dr. Wojcik oversees all clinical activities of the CLIA holders, laboratory section and laboratory medical directors across Loyola Medicine, working with hospital and laboratory administrative leadership to ensure that pathology and laboratory medicine assists the organization in meeting its priority strategic aims.

Dr. Wojcik graduated from Medical University of Gdansk, Poland and completed her residency in anatomical and clinical pathology at Wayne State University in Detroit, and a cytopathology fellowship at the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. After joining Loyola in 1997, she rose through the academic ranks while serving in the roles of director of cytopathology fellowship, director of cytopathology, director of the pathology residency program and vice chair of education before assuming her current title in 2007.

Dr. Wojcik is a frequent invited speaker at numerous international, national and regional forums. She has led international efforts to standardize reporting of urinary cytology that culminated with publication of The Paris System for Reporting Urinary Cytology. She has also authored and co-authored over 200 articles, book chapters and abstracts. In 2019, she was awarded the highly prestigious honor of the Loyola University Chicago “Faculty of the Year” Award. She is past president of the American Society of Cytopathology and currently serves as vice-president of the College of American Pathologists Foundation.

Sister Eileen Wrobleski, CSC, has been a member of the Sisters of the Holy Cross for 53 years, serving in health-related ministries for over 40 years. She is the coordinator of implementation for the Honoring Choices Indiana-North Central initiative, which educates the community on the importance of Advance Care Planning. She earned a bachelor of arts in sociology from the University of Colorado and a master of social work from Loyola University Chicago. Sister Eileen's continuing education includes post graduate work in theology at the School of Applied Theology in Berkeley, CA and the University of Notre Dame.

Sister Eileen has held heath care mission integration roles throughout Indiana, Tennessee, Ohio, Georgia and Oregon, where she concentrated on culture development, spiritual care, ethics, community outreach and community benefit. She has engaged in diverse external community service in various cities, advocating for the homeless, healthy community initiatives, human rights and ethics. She also has served as a member of the board of trustees for Holy Cross Hospital (Silver Springs, MD), Saint Agnes Medical Center (Fresno, CA), Saint John's Health System (Anderson, IN) and Family and Children's Center (South Bend, IN).
