Sister Eileen Wrobleski, CSC, has been a member of the Sisters of the Holy Cross for 53 years, serving in health-related ministries for over 40 years. She is the coordinator of implementation for the Honoring Choices Indiana-North Central initiative, which educates the community on the importance of Advance Care Planning. She earned a bachelor of arts in sociology from the University of Colorado and a master of social work from Loyola University Chicago. Sister Eileen's continuing education includes post graduate work in theology at the School of Applied Theology in Berkeley, CA and the University of Notre Dame.
Sister Eileen has held heath care mission integration roles throughout Indiana, Tennessee, Ohio, Georgia and Oregon, where she concentrated on culture development, spiritual care, ethics, community outreach and community benefit. She has engaged in diverse external community service in various cities, advocating for the homeless, healthy community initiatives, human rights and ethics. She also has served as a member of the board of trustees for Holy Cross Hospital (Silver Springs, MD), Saint Agnes Medical Center (Fresno, CA), Saint John's Health System (Anderson, IN) and Family and Children's Center (South Bend, IN).
