Group Exercise Classes
Group exercise is one of many ways the Gottlieb Center for Fitness supports members in achieving their health and wellness goals. By participating in our classes, you'll improve your health, enjoy lively social interaction and energize your mind and spirit.
All group exercise classes are complimentary and included in the price of your monthly membership fee. From low-impact exercise and chair classes to strength training, aqua blast or Zumba ® – you’ll find a group class that’s fun, supportive and keeps you coming back for more!

Barre/Core
This class focuses on low-impact movements designed to strengthen your body by using ballet, yoga and Pilates elements. Participants will be led through ballet type exercises using the studio's ballet bar and mat Pilates exercises.
Bootcamp
This class is intended for intermediate and advanced exercisers looking for an intense workout to get their heart rates up and increase their muscular endurance! Utilizing traditional cardio and resistance exercises, you will be sure to get a great workout while pushing yourself and having fun at the same time!
Cardio & Strength for Active Older Adults (Seniors)
Get moving with this split cardio and strength class. This class consists of about 10-15 minutes of cardio exercises to get the heart rate up and 10-15 minutes of strength training to work on muscle endurance and coordination.
Chair Yogalates
This class combines the best aspects of both yoga and Pilates and with the option of utilizing a chair. Participants will be lead through a safe and effective workout that is both good for the body and the mind!
Hatha Yoga
This Yoga format incorporates traditional poses, breath awareness, and stability to the body. Hatha Yoga is the foundation of all Yoga styles and offers benefits of balance, strength, flexibility, and relaxation as well as stress reduction.
HIIT
High Intensity Interval Training is designed with short, high energy bouts of exercises, followed by periods of rest. It is the best ‘bang for your buck’ in regards to calorie expenditure and heart rate increase. Push yourself with total body cardio and strength exercises and leave the class feeling accomplished!
Movement and More
This 30-minute class is designed to get participants up and moving with a combination of strength and mobility exercises. Designed for all fitness levels.
Pilates
This 45 minute class will help safely strengthen your body with low impact movements through traditional Pilates exercises. In this class you will be laying down, in a seated position or standing on a mat.
Strength for Active Older Adults (Seniors)
Get Gottlieb Strong! Develop strength and balance while using resistance bands and dumbbells, and incorporate bodyweight exercises.
Strength & Sculpt
Strengthen and tone up in this 45 minute class designed to take participants though various resistance exercises. You will utilize various types of equipment including dumbbells, resistance bands and much more!
ZUMBA®
Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves create an amazing, dynamic fitness program. Routines feature interval-training sessions, where fast and slow rhythms plus resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.

Aqua Blast
Make the water's resistance work for you during this high-energy cardiovascular workout. This class concludes with muscular strength training and full body stretches.
Aqua Free to Move
Use the support and resistance of water to relieve chronic pain, fatigue, stiffness and stress. Perform gentle movement patterns to increase range of motion and promote a feeling of total body wellness. This is a great class for anyone who has arthritis fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis or if you just prefer a slower pace class. There is no cardiovascular component in this class.
Aqua Motion
This class is a slower paced version of both aquatic classes combined! Aqua Motion includes resistance and movement exercises to help improve joint flexibility, range of motion and overall strength. Participate in this class for a fun cardio exercise to help get you moving and increase your heart rate!

Cycling
This class is designed to take participants through hill climbs, sprints and many other drills and exercises. This class is intended for intermediate and experienced exercisers.
