I was very anxious about getting the ureter stent removed. They responded to My Chart questions that I had and were all a very attentive, calm team. They completely calmed my nerves simply by recognizing my concern and reassuring me.

Dr Branch is the best. We never feel rushed. He is so down to earth. That is why we keep coming back instead of finding a urologist closer to us.

Waited a month for appointment, show up for a 10am appointment only to be seen by 11:15am. Felt like the doctor rushed through my visite. I had to ask for bloodwork and the the doctor said he would put the order in and for me to walk down to the lab and they would have the orders. Went down stairs and they received nothing from the doctor, tried to page him but no response. So I had to go back to the nurses desk to tell the doctor they never received the order and the nurse said he must have not signed it?? The doctor also said he would set off a biopsy for me and so far I don’t think he ever did. A week later and two messages and a phone call to office with no call back or message written back to me through the portal. Fell like they have completely forgot about me.
