The appointments always feel rushed and it feels like I can’t take the time to ask my questions fully without feeling like I’m being rushed. I have to calll and beg for my test results otherwise I do not receive them in a timely manner. I have requested multiple time to be called with my results and they still chose to message me through MyChart instead. I am currently waiting on test results for two weeks now. I have sent multiple messages and have had my results faxed over multiple times. I feel like just a number to this doctor and not an actual patient

When a doctor can come to you with a level of care you can see improvement on a daily basis my trust level was beyond the sky. There was no fear or pain,stress and doubt that everything was going to be alright. Dr. Mendosa is awesome. I wouldn't trade her nothing in the world.
