Great, caring doctor
I come to Loyola because Dr. Beissel always takes the time to explain everything in detail. I come in knowing there is usually a little bit of a wait (though sometimes there isn't!) but he always takes the time to answer all my questions and thinks of things I forget to ask. The staff and nurses are great here (especially Kelsey!). It is a little heard to get through on the phone (sometimes I get rerouted several times and don't get to the Peds nurse until about ten minutes go by and I've talked to several people). I love the new building and the parking is great!
He was understanding and responsive.
My daughter and my other 2 children have been going to Dr.Beiselle’ since they were born and 23 years later he’s still as caring and nurturing as the day we started going to him.Always very positive and professional.

Appreciate the doctor's bedside manner
Dr Beissel asked about our check in process, and it was fast and easy but our wait was long. Apparently others before us took much longer to check in throwing off his schedule
Dr. Beissel came highly recommended by multiple friends who are also in healthcare, and I have appreciated both visits we have had with him. He asks questions and always gives plenty of time for dad and me to ask questions as well.
Beissel and his staff are now and have always been (19 years) wonderful!

We love Dr Beissel. He is a fantastic physician. The office staff is also great. The nurses always return call’s promptly. It is also great that if my children are sick, they almost always can be seen the same day by their doctor. It is so wonderful to be able to take them to their doctor that is familiar with their history.

The doctors here are amazing and are the only reason we haven’t looked for another provider. But the front receptionists are generally cold and annoyed when they are asked questions or need to do something

My son's pediatrician is fantastic at every appointment. He takes that time to talk with my child about all things that affect his health and he listens to all of our concerns. He is always professional and explains everything so well.
