I was substantially late for my appmt. and though Dr. Merrill had moved on to other patients (and had a very packed schedule that day), she still worked me in and took all the time I needed to address all my concerns and check history to see that MacNeal's/Loyola's records were up to date. She made my once-a-year Well Woman exam very worthwhile.
