It is so nice to feel understood and be comfortable even in uncomfortable situations. They just seem to put in extra effort to show patients that they actually care.

The scheduler did not provide enough time for the kind of appointment I requested. We only found this out as I was being checked in. Dr. Peiffer very graciously found the time to do the entire requested exam, despite time constraints set up by her schedule.

I truly felt cared for during my appointment. I switched to Dr. Peiffer after having a terrible experience with a different provider within the Loyola system. I am thankful for being listened to and cared for during this appointment and by this provider.

My experience was an excellent one. They listened to me and did whatever to make me feel comfortable when I expressed my concerns. They also gave me some helpful tips for the future and during the visit always checked to see how I was doing. They also gave me positive feedback saying I was doing great.
