Dr Schnell took the time to listen to what I had to say. I felt very comfortable speaking to her about personal things. She made me feel comfortable. I did not fee rushed. She took her time and listened to what I had to say.

I chose this provider, new to me because her picture, along with others, was published in a letter by my wonderful, long-time doctor, Ann Rudinger. The suggestion by Dr. Rudinger that this was an appropriate care provider at the time of Dr. R's retirement was persuasive to me. Dr. C.S. was very attentive, observing me and took amazing notes which she shared with me online through My Loyola. She appeared to give credence to my reports about my health and condition. I am reassured. I was finding it hard to consider that there was another doctor for me aside from Dr. Rudinger, who is excellent in every regard..
