Got a referral for a ganglion cyst and that doctor said I didn’t have one and didn’t know why I’m experiencing the pain in my arm. Tremendous waste of time.
My nurse carina missed my meds, i called her thru the bedside but she answered after 5 hours, she needs to be retrained because she has no compassion to patients needs, her reason is that she is busy, but all nurses ahead of her were all good except her

She is very busy, but takes the time necessary with each patient.
I felt that the doctor was not really listening to my concerns. It has become very difficult to even get in contact with the clinic directly as well. A nurse called me with the results of my bloodwork but offered no feedback from the doctor on what that meant for treatment of my initial concern. The doctor had previously said she was calling in a prescription for me in the meantime but it was an over the counter "medication" that I had said does not help. Will be seeking care elsewhere.

When you go see your family doctor be for a yearly check up or something else, you need to feel like you can trust that person with your life literrly, you should have a bound with your doctor and know that you are not just a stranger on the street. If you can not have confidence trust and faith in the person you are putting your life in there hands there is something wrong. And it is not just this office it is every where they treat there patients like this and rush them in and out because they are so busy. Doctors, nurses need the time to help each patient and not feel rushed or on the go. People will wait for the attention they deserve and need. The doctors if they are rushing put the patient in a paniac because they feed off of their emotions. And patients are already nervous and on edge for being their in the first place even if it is just a check up.
