I would improve the scheduling system , Dr. Williams is a busy person , but the last 3 years It is been hard to schedule appointments with him. He still a great doctor ,

Dr. Williams is the only one who is concerned about his patients, he makes you feel that for just a few minutes you are a priority, He makes me feel safe. No other doctor at Loyola makes me feel safe at all, in fact they scare me.
