It was great to see Dr. Choi in a new venue--I usually see her in Maywood. The Tinley Park facility was very much nicer.

RE: the usage of ‘myloyola’ portal. At times I’ve had difficulties sending a note thru to the doctor. Other than that I have been satisfied with seeing test results and appointment reminders. I’m also glad for the video visits.

Takes the time to treat you like a patient. Willing to listen to how you tell her your body is feeling.

I was also able to have my repeat liver function studies done as ordered by Dr. Veselik. He notified me that my values had returned to normal.

I was at ease discussing symptoms and during testing. Dr. Choi listened and understood the issues with my cervical spine. I trust her recommendations implicitly. This is my second visit. I was here 10 mos. ago with same radiating pains on the left side. I was in pain. I had no patience but I knew Dr. Choi would diagnose me properly and set a plan in place.

I live far away from the clinic, and I hate to think of the fact that I might have to change doctors. We’ve had this discussion, but I just feel she cares about me.

Provider is too quick and doesn't slow down to allow for think time and to process information.
