About
After over 25 years of providing primary care in an office setting, I have changed to a Home-Based primary Care practice. Many patients struggle to see their doctors in the office due to mobility issues or medical conditions such as dementia. Seeing patients in their homes improves their access to health care. My goals are to provide excellent care, support my patients and their families, and to focus on maintaining a good quality of life for my patients.
