Lindsay Blazek was / is my PA and her love of her job and helping people in surgery and out + the care she gives allows me , in pain from surgery to be at ease because she guides you as id your doc is there.GREAT 1-2 punch my surgeon and Lindsay!

PA Blazek was kind and professional. I saw her for the 1st time on this date, following right hip replacement surgery at Gottlieb hospital on July 5th. I have many concerns about that experience. it is noteworthy that I have not received a survey about my in-patient experience??
