Made me feel very comfortable during examination

Very kind and took any concerns seriously.

Something needs to done about sculling appointments. Dr Lynn is good doctor. However. I can not continue to have my scheduled appointments be more than 2 hours late. Past 3 appointments I had this year . I make sure I am on time , My time is worth time and money at times if taking time off to make them

I like my provider but every time I see her she is always running VERY behind (1.5 hrs, 1.75 hrs, 45 min). I understand giving each patient sufficient time to address their issues but it’s also not respectful of other people’s time. I have considered another provider solely due to this. I took off work for my last appointment because I know how far behind she runs. That day my appointment did not start until 1.5 hrs past my appointment time even though I got there the recommended 15 minutes early. Please figure something out!

While Dr. Lynn is kind, she is always late to appointments. I understand that things come up but waiting over an hour and ten minutes is far too long.

I’m very happy with the way my appointment turned out.

The wait time was long to see my provider, but the examination was quick and painless.

With Dr. Lynn, i have had to wait to be treated a long time after arriving on time for my appointment. Also, i would really like to see her in Maywood but she does not have times there. I am now 72 and apprehensive about driving on expressways. The LOC is very close to Oak Park where i live. Thank you.ving on time

Excellent experience with the exception of timeliness of being brought in and ultimately seen.

Once you get in an examining room and strip down I always have to wait at least 45 min before the doctor comes.

I appreciated that the provider called after I had to leave. At the same time, I was frustrated both by her excuses and those of the nurse and desk staff about why the appointments were running behind. I fulfilled by part of the patient/provider contract by arriving on time and waiting a reasonable amount of time to be seen. Waiting an hour to be taken back to the exam room and then having to wait through two more visits before being seen is not reasonable.

NICE DOCTOR BUT YOU HAVE TO WAIT TOO LONG.

10/19/2023

She knows her work and can tell me in simple terms what I need to do to feel better.

10/12/2023

Because the doctor is a good listener and spends time with you, my 11:40 a.m. televisit happened after 1 p.m.

I left without seeing her….she still had not seen me after one hour and 45 minutes. Unacceptable. When I got dressed and went to leave, everyone seemed to be out to lunch, so I knocked on the room next door where I could hear Dr. Linn chatting and laughing with another patient. She said I startled her, and admittedly, I’ve never done that before, but it was just a knock. I explained I was frustrated at the hour and forty-five minute wait and had to get to another appointment. She said she would call me. The next day I received a call from a “site manager to get my version of events. Really pretty insulting although the woman who called was very nice. I feel very disrespected and would never consider Dr. Linn again. I was just going to let this lie, but you initiated the survey and it still aggravates me.

Always a long wait 1hour 45 minutes that is ridiculous

08/28/2023

I will never come back - called another gynecologist in the hour I was waiting to be seen and will be changing providers. HORRIBLE Expe34rience!

08/03/2023

She is very through and checks all the boxes on care

07/28/2023

I appreciated the visit, however I don’t think that any individual has an extra two hours in the middle of a work day to wait to be seen for 15-20 minutes.

Everything was good Dr Lynne advised to go see a specialist and I have an appointment.
