Once the doctor finally came in she was nice - making wait an hour because I was a new patient without any prior warning was rude and completely inconsiderate of my time

Dr. Patadia, Lisa and her staff are excellent. I she found a magnetic nasal button for the hole in my septum, which has changed my life. They are excellent ENT and I would highly recommend them.

I enjoy and have a good relationship with the doctors and nurses that treat me. I would give them all ratings of 10. however some of the communications I have via phone for scheduling are a bit frustrating. These issues are generally resolved when I message my doctors via the portal.
