Very good

Lack of empathy. Did not take the time to read my chart, carefully listen to my concerns or have regard for my emotions.

The visit lasted 2.5 hours - part time was getting x-ray. Woman at front desk was uncaring and unfriendly. Didn't know reason why we were there.

I felt this provider was very helpful. I did feel like his resident needed a touch more guidance putting the order in and with bedside manner

Satisfied

08/29/2023

The whole experience was smooth and quite pleasant. The only thing I would change is the staff should not wear perfume, body sprays, heavy scented lotion or creams, and no cologne. No smells, people have allergies and asthma. That’s very bad to have a patient have an asthma attack or even asthma related issues.

I liked the doctor very much but did not like waiting in the exam room for one hour before being seen

I am so glad I found him and that he understood me when i was telling him about how much pain i was in and nothing would help me. and that he said I needed surgery. and now we are moving forward with it
