I feel like a welcome part of the staff. I am very comfortable at the medical office.
Conversation back and forth is very easy and being treated as an adult makes the time spent much more meaningful.

Dr. Lagedrost addressed comprehensively all my concerns and questions. I felt listened to and my remarks heard and understood by Dr. Lagedrost. I appreciate how Dr. Lagedrost monitors and stays on top of all my medical conditions. I appreciate her diagnostic diligence. I am grateful that Dr. Loyola has remained at Loyola as I would probably follow her, if she moved to another local medical center. I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Lagedrost as my PCP.
