The doctor seemed rushed and didn’t truly listen to the concerns of my children. The medical assistant/nurse was extremely rude during the first portion of getting vitals

want to give a shout out to the nurse who gave the shot to my daughter. My daughter was a wreck about the needles. The nurse had a very friendly attitude that eased my daughter. She acknoweldged her fear and helped her through it. My daughter raved about how nice she was. Thank you.

The olny thing that should be changed is appointments when kids are sick. There is almost impossible to get the appointment with my pediatrician when kids are getting cold or flu. Even when calling Hickory Hills office directly there are no openings. So it is like the office is only taking scheduled in advance appointments for routine check up.
