What to Expect from the Weight Loss Information Seminar
The online seminar takes about an hour to complete, and examines the risks of medically significant obesity, how a partnership with our bariatric health experts can help, and the medical and surgical options available to you.
We will provide information about the following topics to help you make an informed decision about surgical weight loss.
- Obesity
- Surgery options benefits, risks and special considerations
- Financing options
- Life after surgery
At the end, potential patients will answer 10 questions throughout to ensure the information presented was understood. You will need to reach a score of 80 percent in order to move on to the next step and will have three attempts to pass the seminar. We encourage you to have pen and paper handy to write down any questions you may have and bring that with you to your consultation.
After you finish the online seminar, you MUST complete your Patient Information Packet in order to make your first appointment. You will receive access to this packet once you have completed the video.
