Value-based Contracts

Loyola Physician Partners currently participates in a number of Commercial, Medicare Advantage and Medicaid contracts, as well as a Medicare ACO, with varying levels of risk and reward. Providers may be eligible for quality incentives or shared savings depending on network performance on cost, utilization and/or quality metrics.

Provider Participation

For all of LPP's arrangements, the health system has made the commitment that physicians will not be at risk if we do not reach our performance goals. We continuously seek to improve our performance, strengthen our network, and share tools and information needed for success. Physician engagement is key to success in these arrangements.

We know providers are busy juggling multiple priorities so we have created a succinct physician ASK that outlines physician expectations and what you can expect from us. We believe that if our practices consistently execute on these three items, it will have a positive impact on our overall network goals.
