A tribute gift commemorates a variety of sentiments and occasions, including get-well wishes, birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, weddings or religious milestones.
Memorial Gifts
A memorial gift is a thoughtful way to remember and honor a loved one who has passed away. Families may choose to direct memorial gifts to support a hospital, program or services that were significant in the life of the individual remembered. Families are asked to notify the Office of Philanthropy of these special requests at 708-216-3201 or philanthropy@luhs.org.
