Marc A. Borge, MD, FSIR, FACR, attended medical school at University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine and completed a residency in radiology at University of North Carolina Hospitals in 1993 followed by a fellowship in vascular and interventional radiology at Washington University School of Medicine in 1994.
He is board certified in diagnostic radiology and vascular and interventional radiology (CAQ). His areas of interest include peripheral vascular and renal disease, treatment of varicose veins and complex vascular malformations as well as hepatobiliary disease and regional tumor therapy including liver cancer.
John G. Annes, MD, MS
Assistant Professor
John G. Annes, MD, MS, attended medical school at The University of Illinois at Chicago in 2010 followed by an internship in general surgery in 2011, a residency in radiology in 2015 and a fellowship in vascular and interventional radiology at Loyola University Medical Center in 2016. He is board certified in diagnostic radiology and vascular and interventional radiology.
His areas of interest include: interventional oncology (tumor radioembolization, chemoembolization, & ablation), management of portal hypertension/problems from cirrhosis, dialysis access management, uterine fibroid and prostate artery embolization, vascular diseases, pelvic congestion syndrome, pain management (vertebroplasty, geniculate artery embolization) and complex IVC filter retrieval.
Angelo Malamis, MD
Associate Professor of Radiology

Angelo Malamis, MD, completed medical school at Rush Medical College in 2002 followed by a residency in diagnostic radiology at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center in 2007. He then completed his a fellowship in interventional radiology training at Medical College of Wisconsin in 2008.
He is board certified in diagnostic radiology and vascular and interventional radiology (CAQ). His areas of interest include peripheral vascular disease, regional tumor therapy, and vertebral augmentation therapy.
Dr. Malamis is an Associate Member of the Cardinal Bernardin Cancer Center.
He serves as the director of the medical student elective in IR and also as a faculty instructor for the on-line vertical curriculum for surgical clerkship students. Dr. Malamis is currently the Medical Director for IR Services at the Edward Hines, Jr. VA Hospital.
Chris Molvar, MD

Chris Molvar, MD, completed medical school at University of Chicago 2004 followed by a residency in diagnostic radiology at University of Chicago in 2009 and then completed his a fellowship in interventional radiology at Northwestern University Medical Center in 2010.
He is board certified in diagnostic radiology and vascular and interventional radiology (CAQ). His areas of interest include interventional oncology, lympho-vascular disease, uterine fibroid treatment, aortic endoleak evaluation/treatment and adrenal vein sampling.
Timothy Ozga, MD

Timothy Ozga, MD, attended medical school and completed a residency in radiology at the University of Illinois in 2000. He completed a fellowship in vascular and interventional radiology at the University of Chicago in 2001.
He is board certified in diagnostic radiology and vascular and interventional radiology (CAQ). His areas of interest include interventional oncology, complex dialysis access interventions and treatment of uterine fibroids.
He is currently the Medical Director for Cathlab Services at Gottlieb Memorial Hospital.
