Podiatrist Christina Staskiewicz, DPM, Joins Loyola Medicine

MAYWOOD, IL – Christina Staskiewicz, DPM, a podiatrist who treats a range of foot and ankle conditions, has joined Loyola Medicine.
Dr. Staskiewicz treats conditions including arthritis, bunions, hammer toes, diabetic foot complications and pediatric foot conditions. She provides treatments including orthotics prescriptions, injections, diabetic wound care and surgery.
"In many cases we can make people feel better right away," Dr. Staskiewicz said.
Dr. Staskiewicz said she tries always to be open and honest with patients. "I strive to explain their conditions and treatments in a manner that is easy to understand," she said.
Dr. Staskiewicz sees patients at the Loyola Outpatient Center in Maywood, Loyola Medicine Burr Ridge, Loyola Medicine Oakbrook Terrace and Loyola Medicine River Forest.
Dr. Stakiewicz is an assistant professor in the department of orthopaedic surgery and rehabilitation of Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine. She is board qualified in podiatric medicine and foot and ankle surgery.
Dr. Staskiewicz received her doctor of podiatric medicine degree from the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. She completed a residency in podiatry at Loyola University Medical Center.
Loyola’s podiatric medicine and surgery team, certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery, works closely with the team of orthopaedic foot and ankle specialists to diagnose and treat problems in the foot, ankle and lower leg.
