How to Apply

We participate in the National Residency Matching Program (NRMP®) and all applications are made through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS®). We accept applicants with either Internal Medicine or Family Medicine training. The only visa accepted is a J-1 clinical.

Currently, we have four approved one-year positions. After the NRMP® Geriatrics match is over (usually in early December), we also accept individual applications for any remaining open spots.

The following will need to be received and reviewed before interview offers can be made:

• Current CV
• Personal statement
• Three letters of reference (one letter should be from your residency Program Director)
• Loyola University Medical Center Application
• Hines VA Medical Center Application
