How to Apply

To apply for Loyola Medicine's Maternal-Fetal Medicine Fellowship program, please submit the following through Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS):

• All required ERAS documents - including USMLE Scores
• Curriculum vitae
• Personal statement
• Current photograph
• Three to four letters of recommendation
• CREOG scores sent to fbailey@lumc.edu

Foreign medical graduates must have one year of clinical experience in the United States. Observerships and research are not considered clinical experience. Clerkships at American hospitals are clinical experience.

Foreign medical graduates should be ECFMG certified before applying.

We accept J-1 visas, but do not sponsor H1B visas. Please contact the Loyola Medicine Graduate Medical Education office for additional details regarding J-1 visas.
