Fellowships at MacNeal Hospital
A feature of the MacNeal Family Medicine Residency program is the presence of fellowships.
Advanced training for residency-educated Family Physicians is offered in Sports Medicine and Faculty Development.
The fellowships are integrated into the residency to enhance the educational experience for all residents by adding additional resources and expertise to our program and with the fellows adding to the teaching of residents.
Faculty Development Fellowship
We address the need for increasing fellowship-trained family physician faculty in community programs.
Sports Medicine Fellowship
We take pride in preparing our fellows to treat athletes and patients of any age or level of competition.
