Microsurgery Resident Wet Lab

Loyola Ophthalmology will be hosting the 5th Annual Loyola Surgical Summit: Glaucoma and Cataract on Saturday, October 22, 2022.

This event was virtual and had attending participation from all six Chicago ophthalmology residency programs.

Guest Speakers included:

• (Glaucoma): Leon W. Herndon, MD: Professor of Ophthalmology. University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine. Attending Surgeon Glaucoma Service. 
   
• (Cataract): Nicole Fram, MD: Professor of Clinical Ophthalmology. Refractive/Complex Cataract Surgery/Corneal Transplantation/External Disease. Managing Partner of Advanced Vision Care and Clinical Instructor of Ophthalmology at the Stein Eye Institute, University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
