Candidates should be board eligible or certified by the American Board of Radiology, hold or be eligible for a permanent medical license in the State of Illinois, and must have evidence of current/valid work authorization.

Please note that IDFPR requires at least two years of postgraduate residency training completed in an approved training facility in the U.S. or Canada for permanent licensure application.
